This Privacy Policy is maintained by FJSI Resourcing (OPC) Private Limited ("Elivia", "we", "us") to explain how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the Elivia website, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone number, password (hashed), and login provider (Google) when you sign up.
  • Profile & resume data: education, work experience, skills, resume files, and preferences you add to build your profile or generate a resume.
  • Job activity: jobs you view, save, apply to, and referrals you submit through the iRefer program.
  • Communications: messages you send us through contact forms, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Device & usage: IP address, browser, device type, and pages visited, collected via standard logs and privacy-friendly analytics.

2. How we use your information

  • Match candidates to relevant job openings and share shortlisted profiles with hiring companies.
  • Operate the AI Resume Builder and AI Interview Coach features.
  • Track referrals, calculate payouts, and process iRefer earnings.
  • Send transactional and job-related notifications by email and WhatsApp.
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, and violations of our terms.

3. Sharing of information

We share candidate profiles and resumes with hiring companies you apply to (or that a recruiter refers you to) for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy. We use trusted service providers for hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and AI features; they process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by writing to us — see contact details below. Some records may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.

5. Your choices & rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your profile from your dashboard.
  • Opt out of non-essential email or WhatsApp notifications.
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Withdraw consent to processing where applicable.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, row-level database security, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure; please choose a strong password and keep it confidential.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage; you can control cookies through your browser.

8. Children

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy
