Structured communication assessment
AI Voice Screening
Assess spoken English, communication ability and BPO readiness through a structured voice assessment.
What the assessment covers

Introduce yourself in your own words. You have up to 2 minutes — cover who you are, your background, your experience and your strengths.
2. Read aloud
Read the sentence on screen clearly at a natural pace.
3. Sentence repetition
Listen carefully, then repeat the sentence exactly as you heard it.
4. Word repetition
Listen to the three words, then say all three clearly in the same order.
5. Sentence construction
Use all the given words to speak one correct, complete sentence.
6. Sentence completion
Read the sentence, then speak the complete sentence with a suitable word in the blank.
7. Dictation
Listen to the sentence, then type it exactly as you heard it.
8. Passage reconstruction
Read the short passage. It will disappear after 30 seconds — then retell it in your own words.

10. Vocabulary
Answer using the word correctly and naturally.
11. Grammar
Speak the complete, grammatically correct sentence.
12. Grammar check
Tap the option that makes the sentence correct.
13. Spoken reasoning
Work out the answer, then say the answer and how you reached it.
14. Short answer
Answer in 10-20 seconds with a clear, complete response.
15. Extended speaking
Speak continuously for 30-60 seconds. Use the preparation time to plan.
16. Customer service simulation
You are the support executive. Respond to the customer as you would on a live call.

Answer the follow-up question immediately. No preparation time.
Takes about 25-30 minutes, starting with a 2-minute self introduction. It covers spoken English, dictation, grammar and reasoning, benchmarked against widely used BPO hiring tests. Your delivery is measured directly from the audio (pace, pauses, clarity), and language quality is assessed from the transcript. If the audio is not good enough to score fairly, you are asked to record again instead of being marked down.
